Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Returned within 15 days of delivery
- In the same condition as received – unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:
- Mattress Protectors & Toppers (once opened)
- Pillows (for hygiene reasons)
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Items that show signs of use or damage not present at delivery
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return request. Use the template below to ensure you provide all necessary information.
- Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 24 hours (on business days) with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns address (provided in your authorization email). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Refund Information
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing time: 7-10 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. The process is the same as for returns. If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference. For lower value items, we will refund the difference.
